Before booking:
An initial Skype ‘Get to Know’ session to understand your background, short and long term aims and what you’re looking to get from the service.

Upon booking:
Let’s Meet - up to 5 hours
Kelly spends time having an extensive show-round of your current and planned spaces, looking at logistical, aesthetic, budgetary and other factors before a thorough open conversation about your wedding targets & expectations, timescales, your unique venue challenges, current launch and marketing plans and more.
Let’s Talk -
Kelly is a straight-talking helpful and collaborative individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to see you thrive. As we talk she’ll share with you ideas, suggestions, wedding industry knowledge and her little white book of relevant contacts who can help you bring your new venue to life.
Meaty report -
The follow- up report is an extension of our conversation, much consideration following our meeting and goes into plenty more detail upon our recommendations for serving the modern market. This is bespoke for each client depending on needs but would typically include:

Advice on key required facilities to serve the modern wedding market (including reviewing any property refurbishment/building projects & plans)
Operational layout suggestions for best use (capacities, licenses etc)
Explanation of different business models and options for operating/servicing your wedding customers
Identifying your venue's target market, guideline pricing and competitor analysis
Outline marketing strategy
Initial industry introductions/contacts
Sharing industry knowledge on seasonality, timescales, booking and payment terms , keys to success
The report is presented approximately 2 weeks after the face to face session for you to implement and work through in your own timing.
Follow-up coaching service -
This is an additional separate service that some clients choose to add on to help support them on a more regular ongoing basis as they work through the launch phase, as challenges and questions occur and to hold them accountable for going ahead with key actions.

This service includes 5 x 1 hour Skype/phone calls (sessions to be taken within 6 months of the programme start). A pre-session questionnaire is used to ensure you make maximum impact & progress from these sessions.

Email support is available for speedy feedback in between sessions.
£3,100 (plus VAT and travel* expenses)
*travel where relevant from my Surrey-base

£1,600 plus VAT for the optional follow-up/coaching service

We approached Kelly because we were considering setting up a small, luxury wedding business at Warmwell whilst continuing to live in the house. Anyone working in Hospitality knows what a difficult balance this can present so we felt it was important to have some expert advice.

Kelly helped us to understand how much the Wedding Business has evolved and how important it is to use social media and top-quality suppliers in order to start the way we would like to continue….at the top end of the market. Our intention has always been to hold relatively few, profitable events in order to minimise wear and tear on a fine Grade 1 listed building and retain our privacy and family life. With this in mind, Kelly helped us with the all-important issue of pricing and spearheaded an inspirational photo-shoot and launch event with an expert group of wedding planners and suppliers. We were bowled over by her energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail. We have also been encouraged to think ‘outside the box’ and consider other types of events which could be invaluable during quieter months.
